It is random and someone is almost always down somewhere. Because of that, we cannot guarantee that 100% of the sites will accept your video submission. Our site list is large and we almost never get 100% success rate. We however historically enjoy a very low fail rate. If our report shows a failure, we will resubmit to that site one more time free of charge. We will deliver your video to as many sites as possible.
